TO THE POINTE
SUSAN LEVINE, HPA PRESIDENT
FEBRUARY 9, 2024
Good Morning Residents,
CLUBHOUSE
The A/C has been adjusted again and seems to be keeping a steady temperature in all the rooms. The men’s and women’s steam room is closed due to water accumulating on the floor and not draining properly. To try and cut down on the echo in the Fitness Studio, sound panels were purchased and will be installed next week. The new elevator is out of order. There is a problem with the elevator phone and also a circuit problem. Both vendors will be here sometime next week.
CAFE – VALENTINE’S DINNER – SOLD OUT
SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING
You can do it with pictures. Writing about certain subjects just doesn’t seem to get the message across. We all share in the expenses of the common areas of HP. Replacing the sod is very expensive. The picture below says it all.

PBC SHERIFFS OFFICE wants you to be aware of the following:
- Car Theft is increasing in PBC.
- Lock your cars and remove valuables especially when you are out shopping.
- Phone Scams.
- Someone calling you demanding money, stating that it is the IRS calling, or an imposter claiming to be a law enforcement officer or from any law enforcement agency.
- E Mail Scams.
- Don’t click on anything you are not familiar with. Does it sound too good to be true? If the answer is “yes” then it probably is.
ENJOY LIFE
