The tiles are being replaced. The outside walls of the Ladies Steam Room have be repaired. They just need to be repainted. Additional sound proofing panels are being installed in the Fitness Studio. PASSOVER DINNER – SOLD OUT EASTER DINNER – Reservations still available call Jeff @ 774-634-9910. RED CARD/LIGHT BLUE CARDS We have 40+ checks remaining with old red and blue card balances before the cafe closed for renovations. The deadline to pick up these checks will be the end of the first quarter. Last day to pick up checks is Monday April 1, 2024. After this date all checks will be voided. If you are unsure if you still have a refund do you, call the front desk to confirm. HPA BOD MEETING As of April 15, 2024, our HPA meetings will be in person in our ballroom and also available via zoom. POOLS Last Friday, MAKO, started to work on our outdoor Main Pool. The water was drained from the pool and all the tiles have been removed. HPA THEATER PERFORMING ARTS – AUDITIONS The Performing Arts group is pleased to announce they have secured the right to present “PAJAMA GAME” in March of 2025. They are casting for leading roles now. Rehearsals will begin in November. If you would like to have a speaking or singing part in this Broadway show that is headed for the stage in the HP Theater, please call Marc Jablon @ 561-213-6139 or Mary Rudnick @ 561-455-4276 before March 18th. BOARD OF ELECTIONS They have declined our request to reinstate the HP Clubhouse as an official Polling Place. Coco Wood Lakes was chosen to replace us when we had to close our clubhouse. HPA residents can vote at Coco Wood Lakes Clubhouse located on El Clair Ranch Rd and Atlantic Ave. You can also early vote at the Hagen Ranch Library, located on Hagen Ranch Rd. ENJOY LIFE Susan |
