| TO THE POINTE SUSAN LEVINE, HPA PRESIDENT APRIL 26, 2024 Good Morning Residents, A Special Thank You goes out to our cafe operators Lance Hirschorn and David Salama and to their catering staff for giving us the most memorable Easter Sunday and Passover Dinners. To our Cafe staff, Jeff, who manages the cafe and creates all those special Dinners, Sonia, who greets each and everyone of their customers with a smile and her friendly words. What a wonderful environment they have created for us. We also say thank you to our chef NoNo, his kitchen staff, Herold, Joseph, Wilmarque, JoJo and Colby for the quality of food, presentation and fast turn around. To the wait staff, Nilo, Jay, Ansley, Yana and Sipho, who all work hard each and every day to make sure our meals are served properly and that our every need is attended too. We are thrilled that you are all part of the HP community. POOLS The Indoor pool’s lap lane tile markers have been installed. The pool lights are still being worked on. Weather permitting, work on the outdoor Spa will begin on May 13th and should be completed in 5 weeks. This includes inspections from PBC and the Health Department. MAINTENANCE BUILDING The Landscaping Documents have been submitted to PBC for permits.
